Able Business Machines provides three levels of Service Contracts, based on our customers needs. The first being the Total Care Maintenance Contract. This contract covers all parts and labor, including schedule maintenance calls on all machines under contract throughout the year and all emergency service calls.

The second type of Maintenance\Service Contract, covers all labor on scheduled service calls. It provides maintenance on all machines under contract twice a year, and also provides seven emergency calls throughout the year on whichever machine should require it, excluding parts.

The third type offered is a Maintenance Contract, which covers labor only on scheduled maintenance calls twice a year for all machines under contract, excluding parts. This contract does not cover emergency service calls. All emergency calls would be performed on a charge basis.
